Maple-glazed Salmon Recipe:
Slice salmon fillet in 3 portions. Place on parchment paper lined pan.
Mix together for glaze:
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Spoon glaze onto fillets.
Bake in 400F convection oven for 10-12 minutes (until proteins start to set up).

I'm quite sure this salmon was farmed. My jury is out on farmed salmon, and here's why:
