I made this Pastel de Tres Leches earlier this month, and it turned out great! I have tried several different recipes for this cake in the past, but this time I used the recipe at Natasha's Kitchen. It was THE best recipe I have found so far:
Make sure to soak your cakes for a good long time in the milks (I did mine overnight), and top with fresh fruit in season.
