Clotheslines

I think winter is almost over, and that means I can start using the clothesline again without everything freezing stiff as a board and ending up in the dryer anyway. Also, Efficiency Nova Scotia has added a Clothesline Giveaway and Contest to its Instant Savings Program this year. I only have these two clothesline photos in my files, so as well as boiling down another huge pot of maple sap this weekend, I'll be doing laundry and snapping photos of it drying on the line.

Cheryl and Cindy, do you remember when we were walking down to Taz Records in Halifax last month and we walked by a woman pulling a guitar and amp out of the trunk of her car by Citadel Hill, and I said, "is that Christina Martin?" and you were all like, "who's Christina Martin?"

Well, this is Christina Martin; I think I recognize the amp in the video. I really like this song with its Mariachi sound and the way it switches from 4/4 to 5/4 ... and check out the great clothesline she has.
