I was in Daniel's parents' kitchen a couple of nights ago, and Keith was preparing fresh haddock in his special way...

  • Grate zest of a lemon right into the package of Panko bread crumbs
  • Shake it up!
  • Dip haddock in flour (don't be cheap with it!), slightly beaten egg, and then lemon-infused panko
  • Place in pan of melted butter on medium-high heat
  • Flip to brown krustily on both sides
