I was in Daniel's parents' kitchen a couple of nights ago, and Keith was preparing fresh haddock in his special way...
Keith's Krusty Haddock
starring Keith Poirier
- Grate zest of a lemon right into the package of Panko bread crumbs
- Shake it up!
- Dip haddock in flour (don't be cheap with it!), slightly beaten egg, and then lemon-infused panko
- Place in pan of melted butter on medium-high heat
- Flip to brown krustily on both sides
