Pastel de tres leches

We had enough snow one evening this winter to build an igloo in the backyard. I worked diligently in the late afternoon, piling all the snow up with a shovel, packing it down, making sure it was somewhat symmetrical. Then, I hollowed out the inside ...

... and added a porthole (or a bar window, as Daniel pointed out).
I finished work just before supper.
After eating, we went out to the igloo for drinks (not Ana, though) and to toast the new build. Some discussion ensued with Cheryl as to whether or not this was the best method for building an igloo; I maintained that it was the most structurally sound method.

The next day it rained, and my igloo caved. So much for my igloo skills - but it was fun while it lasted.
