Super Chicken Monday

When I got home from work yesterday, this was on the BBQ. Funny how I was just talking about this chicken BBQing technique the other day. This time it was a Bud Light up there instead of a Schooner.

Beer Butt Chicken
The Cooking Method:
Open beer and stick in chicken on the roaster chummy.
Rub chicken skin with salt & peppa.
Leave burner under chicken off.
Turn burner adjacent to chicken on low.
Turn burner farthest from chicken on high.
Close lid. Cook for 1.5 hours.
Slather with BBQ sauce near the end of cooking time.
