Big Slab o Salmon, Eyesplices, Mountains to Climb

Daniel sent me an fb message at work to the effect of "Massive slab of salmon! Prepare yourself accordingly". So, after swinging by my friend Lian's after work to strategize about my dress for her wedding in August, I arrived home (shortly after Cheryl blew in from Halifax) to find dinner preparations in full swing:

There's more than one way to skin a salmon!
Grilled salmon from the Tuesday fish guy in St. Peter's 
with beurre blanc, saffron rice, and grilled zucchini.
After dinner, some mountain climbing....

and another mountain (a Monte Cristo) to end the evening!
